Is There Room for PM in Agile? | Feb 24th

The question comes up every time. In every Agile transformation that I’ve been involved with, it is always asked. What do we do with project management and the project managers? We’re going Agile.  Do we need project management?  Do we need PMs? If you do any research on the topic, you’ll probably find that there is not much content. Almost as if it is a topic to be avoided. Given that, you could easily assume that there is no room for project management in Agile transformations. I propose that project management and project managers can have a role in Agile transformations. In this interesting and informative session, you will learn practical ways in which project management can benefit Agile transformations and how project managers can add value to organizations transitioning to Agile.
