This was a momentous session - where we crystalized forming an Agile Community of Practice (ACoP) for the South Florida community and beyond!
We worked on two (2) major initiatives in this session and discussed to (2) topics:
Creating a Agile Community of Practice (ACoP) Working Agreements; and
Creating our first Agile Community of Practice (ACoP) topic backlog

We created initial Working Agreements for our Agile Community of Practice (ACoP) as follows:

We created our first Agile Community of Practice (ACoP) Topic Backlog. We offered up topics, categorized them and organized them into groups. We focused on two (2) topics for this session: How to help your team become high performing and careers / certifications.
How to help your team become high performing - we had a good discussed on the definition of high performing (in terms of teams), what the qualities of high performing teams were and what do high performing teams do. We also discussed how to help teams rise to the level of high performing. We utilized the following links in this discussion:
2. Careers / Certifications - We discussed Careers and Certifications in general, and then more specifically with Agile and Project Management careers. We previewed a South Florida Agile Meetup on Wednesday, June 10th, where we would be discussing Careers more in depth and center around Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach careers.
