You will be eligible to enroll in a Scrum Alliance® Certification program. Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

What to expect?


If you are accepted as a volunteer, you will be onboarded, mentored, trained, and coached by our Certified Enterprise Coach, Rick Regueira. You will be part of an Agile cross-functional team that works on one of the specific products below. You will follow the Scrum framework while executing the user stories.

Monthly Event Program

Weekly Agile meetups.

Help spread the word, coordinate and facilitate some of the top weekly Agile sessions. Some of the events have generated over 200 participants. 

Mentoring Program

New members and discussion forum.

Responsible for mentoring and coaching new members and provide feedback and advice to discussion board topics.

Coaching Library

Build out educational material.

Responsible for creating post on events. Building out the educational sessions.

Technology Specialist

Assist in Technology

Assist in video conferencing, web tools, and educational distribution.

Yearly Conference Program

Assist in building out the yearly conference event

A major event that has brought together over 800 participants.  

Certification Program

Assist in building out the Agile Certification Program.

This is a unique group certification program that follows Scrum Alliance® guidelines in acquiring CSM and CSPO via coaching from a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) Rick Regueira. You’ll need a minimum of 25 hours of Scrum coaching and being part of a team, no larger than 8 members, where you’ll apply your new Agile skills in a practical manner. You will be eligible after having volunteered a minimum of 80 hours. This is a $1,200 value program, however, depending on your contributions, you may be considered for a waiver.
