Project Coordinator
Position —Full Time (Remote)

As a Remote Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day coordination of projects across multiple teams. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Your ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain detailed project documentation, and communicate effectively will be essential in delivering projects on time and within scope.

Must have:  Fluent in English and Spanish

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify roadblocks and propose effective solutions

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships

  • Knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM)

  • Experience working in the financial services or technology industries

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish

  • Strong ability to lead virtual meetings and present project updates confidently

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and meeting minutes

  • Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are being met

  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all action items are tracked and completed

  • Assist with risk management by identifying potential risks and recommending solutions

  • Support in the creation of project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines

  • Assist in quality assurance efforts by reviewing project deliverables before submission

  • Ensure project resources are effectively allocated and managed

  • Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders
