Many of us have the tendency to resist change, and this of course affects a successful Agile Implementation in a company. Wagile is understood by many as a series of processes that appear to be Agile but in fact reveal a slipping back from Agile to waterfall. Is it Waterfall a trap of vicious blended methodology? Is this really a thing?

Speaker: Arthur Zigman

Arthur is an independent consultant working as a Sr. Agile Coach in the finance industry. Before becoming an independent consultant,He was an Agile Coach for IBM supporting the CIO and direct reports design and transform to being a lean scaled agile organization. He coached executives and their organizations to scale agile across the CIO organization including infrastructure and network management. He led the first design and deployment of Agile in IBM in 2007 while managed the Solution Development processes and has been a proponent ever since.

As a Program Manager at IBM, He designed the CIO Governance and Management process for the BT/CIO organization aplication portfolio the processes as appropriate, maintaining ISO 900X certifications and ensuring compliance to SOX and external and internal standards, and building applications to support the process..

Last but not least, He has successfully completed a number of LSS BB projects in the IT space, designing and implementing improvements yielding booked benefits of at least $500K/yr for each project.
