Speaker's Bio: Joe Milton 

Joe is a Business and Technology Consultant with 15 years of experience in business transformation and strategy realization. This spans across multiple industries but is concentrated in Automotive/Mobility and Retail. He is passionate about elevating people and performance in alignment with core values of faith and connection. Mr. Milton has a reputation as a strong collaborator and effective communicator who solves challenging problems. He is well-rounded, delivering results in strategic planning, sales, operations, mergers/acquisitions, and IT. Mr. Milton has built multiple high-performing teams. Joe has delivered in waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments. He has partnered with multiple delivery teams to define and implement agile delivery models. Joe earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Florida. He has led numerous enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and directed an IT Transformation.
