That's because when agile transformations are pitched to our organizations, they're all too often sold as a recipe. A Plan.

Just follow the plan. Implement "this".

What all these approaches gloss over, or even worse, omit, are that people don't work, aren't, like puzzles pieces.

You can't Squad, Tribe, Chapter and Guild your way to agility. You can't "Release Train" or "Value Stream" your way to organizational cultural change.

The only way is to start, at the beginning. And the beginning is you and me.
