About the Event
We will discuss misused Agile/Scrum metrics and the genesis of story points and hear from Ron Jeffries himself on why he invented story points and suggests to stop using them.
In place of misused metrics like velocity and burndown charts we will look at the anatomy of cumulative flow diagrams and how to utilize WIP to optimize shipping value much faster.
We will have breakout discussions and debates to see where you stand on this controversial topic.
