About the Event

✨ A set of traits has been favored by organizations in recent years - for example, Software Engineering job descriptions emphasize the preference for team players, outgoing individuals, and excellent communicators. Moreover, interview panels prefer those who are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.

📣 As a result, those outside this box, such as autistic, dyslexics, introverts, or ADHD patients, are severely affected and suffer from this neuro-marginalisation. A neuro-diverse workforce can accelerate productivity and inclusive product design in tech companies - this talk will provide real-world examples highlighting the advantages of combining Agile, Scrum Values, and Neuro-inclusivity.
