Giving back to the community: Rick has been giving back to the community for over 20 years, sharing his knowledge and experience as a National Keynote Speaker, President of the South Florida Agile Association (SFAA) Monthly Meetups and Agile Executive Coach for the South Florida PMI Chapter (SFPMI).
Giving back during the global COVID -19 pandemic:
Rick and his team of Agile Coaches are currently holding weekly meetups via the South Florida Agile Association providing free Agile Coaching on topics like How to build Remote High Performing Teams, How to keep an Agile Mindset while working Remotely, How to find jobs in a distressed market. In addition, he has built a weekly Agile Community of Practice, where participants attend to learn from volunteer Agile Coaches on topics for Agile Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Agile for Spanish Speakers. This has proven to be an amazing learning opportunity for many attendees that have lost their jobs and are looking to improve their skills.

TracFone Wireless: Executive Agile Coach September 2018 - Present
Rick Regueira is currently serving as the Executive Agile Coach at TracFone Wireless. Rick helped kick off the Organizational Agile Transformation by coaching, mentoring, and supporting the C-level Executives, IT Leaders, and Business Leaders, with a focus on Agile Mindset and Culture transformation. He has successfully helped build high-performing leadership teams, on strong values, working agreements, agile best practices, and by creating and implementing a Leadership Continuous Improvement Program that fit their organizational needs.
The Leadership Continuous Improvement Program includes an introduction to Agile Leadership training, followed by a series of retrospective exercises that help leadership teams understand and implement the Agile Mindset, Scrum Events, and Best Practices. The goal is to help leaders prioritize transparency, inspection, and adapt to changes in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
IPC, Subway: Enterprise Agile Coach November 2010 - September 2018
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, Rick was responsible for the strategic development of the IPC Agile continuous improvement culture. He helped develop and supported a learning organization model through coaching, training, and mentorship, by exhibiting servant leadership. He coached Organizational Executives and IT & Business leaders. In addition, he supported the team of Agile Coaches and guided IPC through their Agile IT and Business transformation to be one of the top Agile shops in South Florida, supporting 28,000 Subway stores. During this time IPC was voted as one of the top 100 companies work for in South Florida.
Rick was the creator and host of the Quarterly Agile Executive Transformation Experience event. For 4 years, over 500 Executives attended to learn about the IPC Agile transformation.
