A Certified Information Privacy Professional and HIPAA Auditor, Luis advises financial institutions and other businesses on a broad range of compliance issues, including GLBA, Federal Trade Commission Act, Red Flag Id Theft, eDiscovery and document retention, cross-border data transfers, cybersecurity, and general internal governance matters. Luis drafted the Privacy Policy Enforcement in Bankruptcy Act, which was enacted by Congress as part of the Bankruptcy Code. The law protects consumers' personal data in distressed sales.

George Labelle is the retired Chief Operating Officer at Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) for Subway restaurants, where he led the technology team for more than 20 years. George has a passion for developing high-performance teams.  An early adopter of agile framework, George and his teams enjoyed remarkable success producing several highly complex software products that support SUBWAY restaurants globally.  He has been featured in several national publications and articles for his work in changing culture and empowering innovation.
