Interviewing Tips for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches

Updated: Feb 26, 2021

Job hunting can be a tough task, especially if we have been out of the market for a long time. Last year LinkedIn released an “Open to Work” feature to help people get found easier by employers and recruiters, aiming to help people get an interview, but despite the number of interviews, there were some people still unable to score a job…

That’s why our Chief Executive Coach Rick Regueira, a seasoned Agile leader, with several years of experience working with high-performing teams and backed up by many Agile certifications, hosted this meeting to help the community struggling with the interview process, especially for Agile related positions.

According to a LinkedIn article (Why Is It So Hard to Find A Job In 2021?), the average person changes jobs ten to fifteen times during his or her career; and the average job search is 43-days.

So how can we make this search not only faster but even easier?

In this meeting, you’ll get the chance to know better what hiring managers are looking for when interviewing for Agile positions. Either if you're currently open to work or just want to keep yourself updated, you will benefit from the tips and insights our experienced Senior Agile Coaches will share and be ready to ace your next interview! No matter the position you apply for!.

Key topics:

  • What kind of job are you looking for?

  • What is the most important thing you should do before an interview?
